Packaging & Shipping
To protect painting well during international shipping, all paintings are ROLLED (Unframed/Not stretched) and shipped in a quality cardboard tube to avoid damages.
It’s 100% safe and painting comes back to its original/flat state once you stretch it on a wooden base.
You can decide to frame it or simply stretch/gallery wrap it in your local framing shop, depends on your taste.
The painting come with EXTRA 2-3 inch white border around it for stretching or framing.

1.How to start business with us?
a: send inquiry from Alibaba or contact us directly via online service;
b: place a sample order to us for issuing invoice;
c: payment via Alibaba online order or Paypal, bank transfer etc;
d: we will arrange delivery in 10-15days upon payment for the sample order.
2. How similar between original piece show online and recreated piece?
We can not promise you will get an identical one as you see from the photo, because only art prints/machine can do EXACTLY same item.
All my paintings are handmade, so every brush strokes might be different, but I DO promise you will get it in same quality and same beauty, quality is the last thing you need to worried about.
3.How about the production time?
Production time depends on the type of art you purchase:
In-stock item - will be shipped in 3days;
Oil painting - you will receive it around 3 week after order confirmation;
Generally, you will receive your purchase in 2-3 weeks after order is placed.
For quantity order, please contact me to confirm the accurate time delivery.
4.How about refunds?
We stand behind everything we sell. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a replacement or get a FULL refund.
Items should be returned in good condition, and it must be packed it its original packing in a quality cardboard tube.
